• Dr. Gaurav Goel is a well known Neurologist, with experience of more than 15 years.
• He is proficient in offering treatment for vascular disorders of the Brain and Spine like Coiling of Aneurysms, Embolization of the AVM (Arterio-Venous Malformations), and Stenting in Intra-cranial and Extra-cranial atherosclerotic disease and Tumour Embolization.
• He has experience in dealing with the new developed Flow Diverter Stents Intra-cranial Aneurysm.
• Besides, his area of interest covers the treatment of Acute Stroke using Mechanical and Chemical Thrombolytic Agents.
• He further carries out different Spine procedures like: Nerve Blocks, Facet blocks, Epidural Blocks, and Vertebroplasty to reduce the Spine pain.
• He has the experience of managing 2000 cases of Spine pain during his training programme in Montreal.
• He is one of the few Neuro-Radiologists of the country who has excelled in carrying out Neuro-Imaging process like Diffusion, MR/CT perfusion, MR/CT Angiography and Spectroscopy.
• He is the recipient of Best Paper Award IRIA Annual Meeting in 2008 and Best Paper Award ISNR Annual Meeting in 2007.
• He has participated in a number of workshops and conferences and presented papers in them.
